Professor Akman interviewed live on Bloomberg Radio from New York

Professor Pinar Akman was interviewed live on Bloomberg Radio broadcasting from New York on 7 July 2017.

Professor Akman spoke on ‘Bloomberg Law’ about the recent statements of objections sent to three multinationals by the European Commission in the context of EU merger control procedural rules.

The European Commission has reached the preliminary conclusion that General Electric and Maersk have infringed European merger control rules by providing incorrect/misleading information in their merger filings and Cannon has infringed the rules by completing a merger without prior approval.

Professor Akman was interviewed alongside Professor Spencer Weber Waller (Loyola University).
