Professor Pinar Akman presents her competition research in Brussels
Professor Akman was an invited speaker at a conference in Brussels on the topic of EU Courts and Competition Law: Myths, Gaps and Challenges.
The conference was organised by the leading blog Chillin’Competition and took place on 3 July 2017. It was attended by around 140 delegates from the judiciary, practice, academia and other stakeholders.
During her speech, Professor Akman made a plea to the Court of Justice to establish a hierarchy of objectives in the case law on the prohibition of abuse of dominance in the EU.
