Dr Maria Grazia Porcedda presents paper at the 11th Computers, Privacy and Data Protection Conference

On Thursday 25 January, Dr Porcedda, Research Fellow in the School of Law, presented her paper On boundaries: In search for the essence of the right to the protection of personal data.

The conference, organized by the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, is the leading conference in Europe on the subject.

Dr Porcedda's paper, which draws on her PhD thesis and her current research within the EPSRC CRITiCaL Project, addresses why the protection of personal data matters, what it is, and how to find it.
