Women Breaking Barriers Network presents Dana Denis-Smith

On 10th October, Dana Denis-Smith will be the Women Breaking Barriers' keynote speaker.

Dana will speak on how she overcame the barriers and challenges to achieve success in her career, what inspired her to create Obelisk Support (a business that allows ex-City lawyers to balance work with family life), and how she came to set up the First 100 Years Project celebrating a century of women in law.

There will be an opportunity to ask Dana questions and the talk will be followed by a drinks reception.

All welcome. This is a free event, though registration is required.

Professor Joan Loughrey, Deputy Head of the School of Law, said, "We are incredibly proud to have launched the Women Breaking Barriers Network at Leeds, bringing together women students from across the region’s universities.
