This is a small scale project set within the context of professional development organised through the National Science Learning Centre.
The professional development programme aims to develop classroom practice through teacher action research, supported through collaboration and incorporating needs analysis, targeted input, classroom implementation, and sharing of and reflection on expertise at all stages. The project explores the resultant changes to practice and the factors which stimulate, facilitate or hinder change.
