 Dr Victoria Honeyman, lecturer in British Politics at the University of Leeds has written an article for the Conversation about Theresa May and the issues she has faced since becoming prime minister.

Dr Honeyman highlights how the PM may handle issues surrounding nuclear power, and relationships with China and the US, with a particular focus on the US presidential election in the near future. “With Brexit looming and uncertainty over the US presidential election in November, May will be keen to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones” writes Honeyman.
