Responsibility to protect student journal launches its first special issue
The R2P Student Journal has launched its fourth issue - the first entirely dedicated to a particular topic on the Responsibility to Protect agenda; peacebuilding and peacekeeping.
The journal was founded at Leeds by School of Politics and International Studies Postgraduate Researcher Georgiana Epure - who remains editor-in-chief alongside Leeds alumna Kristin Gulbrandsen - with support from School staff.
Ms Epure said: "I founded the journal two years ago while studying for my undergraduate degree here at Leeds, so the project is very dear to my heart. This week we launched the fourth issue, our first special issue, entirely dedicated to peacekeeping and peacebuilding. It's a collection of 5 excellent articles written by students from across the world. We hope students continue to engage with it, especially those who might wish to contribute to future issues."
The call for papers for the next issue (Spring 2018) has been circulated, with a deadline of Wednesday 28 February 2018.
