Dr. Gallagher at The Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect in New York

In June 2016, Dr. Adrian Gallagher took up a Visiting Research Fellowship at the Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect in New York.

He will spend 3 weeks conducting semi-structured elite interviews at the UN as well as NGOs. His research develops his on-going study into pillar II of the Responsibility to Protect which was first published in 2015
