Dr Victoria Honeyman appears on BBC Look North
Dr Honeyman, Lecturer in British Politics, appeared on BBC Look North on the 4 February to discuss the recent developments with Rotherham Council.
Dr Honeyman comments on the unusual nature of governmental intervention and how the new, non-elected special commissioners will attempt to improve services after the recent child exploitation scandal. She also highlights and explains how these special measures have broken new constitutional ground.
Dr Honeyman is also due to speak on the BBC’s Sunday Politics show on the 8 February talking about party finance, and she will also appear live on BBC Radio Leeds between 2pm and 3pm on the 13 February to discuss regional devolution.
