Success for School of Law in the Complete University Guide 2026 Subject League Table

The Complete University Guide has ranked the University of Leeds 18th in the UK for Law in its 2026 subject league table.
The Complete University Guide league tables are a key resource for prospective students, ranking the best universities in the UK, overall and in 74 subject areas. All the data comes from sources in the public domain and includes the results of the National Student Survey and the 2021 Research Excellence Framework (REF).
The Subject League Table for Law ranks over 100 institutions and is based on six measures: entry standards, student satisfaction, research quality, continuation, graduate prospects – outcomes and graduate prospects – on track. The School of Law has ranked 18th in the UK for 2026, up two places from last year’s table.

These results reflect the University of Leeds’ strong performance in the University League Table, moving up to 21st from 23rd last year.
