Dr Leopoldo Parada joins the editorial board of the Caribbean Tax Law Journal

The mission of the Caribbean Tax Law Journal is to provide a forum for analysis and discussion of tax law within the Caribbean jurisdictions.

The School of Law’s Associate Professor in Tax Law Dr Leopoldo Parada has joined the editorial board of the Caribbean Tax Law Journal, which is composed of Professor Germaine Rekwest (Editor in Chief), Hans Ruiter (Tax Partner at Grant Thornton in the Dutch Caribbean), and Wessel Geursen (Senior Legal Counsel of the Dutch Competition Authority).

It is a great honour for me to join a team of recognised professors and tax colleagues working in the Dutch Caribbean. I hope to contribute with my experience to enrich the scope and quality of the Caribbean Tax Law Journal.

The Caribbean Tax Law Journal covers the intersecting spheres of tax law between the European Union and relevant municipalities as well as the Dutch Caribbean countries and their CARICOM associations. This journal focuses on current issues and developments within fiscal policy and tax law, offering practising lawyers guidance on new, relevant developments in the field.
