Professor Subedi appointed as an International Investment Arbitrator in China

Professor Surya P. Subedi, QC, OBE, has been selected for inclusion in the list of the Panel of International Investment Arbitrators of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.

Professor Surya P. Subedi, QC, OBE, a Professor of International Law in the School and Barrister, visited the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in July last year and gave a talk there. His book on international investment law was translated into Chinese by a law professor in CUPL Shanghai and published by a prestigious publishing house in Beijing in 2017.
