On Saturday 5 November, Professor Ian Cram, spoke to Share Radio about last week's high court ruling on Brexit that says parliament must vote before triggering Article 50.  

Professor Cram, who is an expert in constitutional law, discussed the ruling in light of the key question: “as a matter of constitutional law is the executive entitled to use its prerogative powers to give notice under Article 50 of the intention to withdraw from the EU, or must it seek parliamentary approval for the decision to give notice?”
