Building global connections: School of Law hosts offer holder and alumni mixer in Kuala Lumpur
On 3 June, the University of Leeds School of Law held a special mixer in Kuala Lumpur, uniting future students and alumni for an evening of engaging conversation, networking, and community building.
Held in the heart of the city, the event welcomed offer holders from across Malaysia who are preparing to begin their studies in Leeds this September. They were joined by alumni from various graduating classes who are now established in legal, academic, and business careers across the region.
Shared insights
The evening offered a valuable opportunity for offer holders to hear firsthand from alumni about their experiences studying at Leeds – from the academic rigour of the LLB and LLM programmes, to life on campus and settling into the city. Alumni shared insights on how their time at the School of Law shaped their careers and opened doors in both Malaysia and internationally.
