Professor David Wall quoted in Times article on Russian hackers

The article is titled “Hackers target food supplier to the stars”.

School of Law Chair in Criminology Professor David Wall has been quoted in an article in the Times about how clients of luxury food company Daylesford Organic, including Sir David Attenborough, Jeremy Clarkson, Tim Henman, the Duchess of York, the snooker player Ronnie O'Sullivan and Lady Sarah Chatto, the King's cousin, have had their personal details leaked by Russian hackers.  

The article notes “Daylesford was targeted by hackers, who crippled its IT systems and demanded cryptocurrency to unlock it.” 

Professor Wall is quoted as saying "I don't doubt that Putin and the regime are very happy for these cybercriminals to be nibbling away."
