Suren Gomtsian’s paper on shareholder engagement by large institutional investors was covered in an article in the Financial Times.

The paper identifies the biggest investors in UK listed companies and reveals how these institutional investors behave and vote at shareholders’ meetings.

An earlier version of the paper was shortlisted for the Society of Legal Scholar’s Best Paper Prize 2018.
