Keynote Lecture by Professor Kelly Hannah-Moffat (University of Toronto)

We are delighted to announce that the Keynote Speaker for the Centre for Criminal Justice Studies conference is Professor Kelly Hannah-Moffat from the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM).

Professor Hannah-Moffat, who is Vice-Dean Undergraduate at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) and Director of the Centre of Criminology and Sociolegal Studies, is a world-renowned scholar who has published numerous books and articles on risk, punishment, and marginalized and diverse populations. Through her interdisciplinary research she has contributed to the advancement of knowledge in sociology, criminology, social justice, and penal history. Her work has shaped policy in numerous governmental agencies both in Canada and Australia.
