Profile
I am a dedicated, experienced and articulate student engagement professional and qualified counselor, with proven comprehensive experience of managing relationships with University stakeholders and training providers to support staff and students. My skills extend across relationship management, graduate recruitment, employability, student support, disability support and quality assurance of taught programmes at Leeds. I have experience in building strong relationships and communication channels with staff members, to maximise the visibility and impact of student education within a school’s community. I am a semi-professional muscian and have performed at a variety of entertainment-based events on the Leeds campus, including The Staff Festival, Graduation Ceremonies, Law’s Got Talent and SLS Conference.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of five SEE staff in the School of Law, including the Study Abroad Coordinator role
- Supporting programme administration, publication and delivery for all programmes in the school.
- Lead module enrolment, module checking, coordinating collegial input from colleagues for QA matters
Student education
- Lead the Law Programme Support Team in the School of Law.
- Coordinate and facilitate module enrolment for staff and students in the School of Law, including the Programme Briefing Talks and UG Module Fair.
- Manage and support the student registration period.
- Administrate and coordinate the Welcome, Induction and Transition planning phases in the School of Law.
- Lead and coordinate quality assurance measure across taught programmes, including management. of the online module and programme catalogue records.
- Manage, coordinate and communicate academic support hours for teaching staff in the School of Law.
- Manage and coordinate the school’s module evalation survey.
- Lead on the administration and support for both Incoming and Outgoing Study Abroad students in the School of Law, including module enrolment and the change of programme procedure.
