Profile

I hold qualifications LLB in Civil and Commercial Law from the Northwest University of Political Science and Law, an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Leeds and a PhD with a focus on International Bankruptcy Law from the University of Leeds.

During my PhD studies, I served as a teaching assistant, gaining valuable academic and instructional experience. My expertise lies in international corporate law and international insolvency law, with a focus on integrating theory and practice. I am dedicated to supporting students by providing tailored academic guidance and helping them broaden their perspectives in international law while enhancing their professional skills.

Research interests

My research interests focus on reforms in the area of Bankruptcy Law in China, and also cover Company Law in the UK and China.
