Profile

I support and collaborate with colleagues in the Faculty to plan, prioritize, and deliver a range of EDI initiatives. I'm responsible for the operational direction and delivery of EDI work, providing support and guidance to embed EDI across the Faculty.

I work with senior management, staff, student networks, and other stakeholders to identify needs, develop policies, and promote greater inclusion. Alongside this, I advise on best practices and seek opportunities to address under-representation and improve experiences and outcomes for all.

I have worked for the University of Leeds since 2024, with previous experience in EDI leadership positions within the health and wellbeing, education and third sectors.
