A third year student of the School of Sociology and Social Policy has been chosen as a participant in the Leeds Student Sustainable Futures Conference.

Rhiann Holloway's topic for her poster presentation was a case study of the female combatants of the Tamil Tigers and the gendered implications of their role in the Sri Lankan civil war.
