Research interests

My thesis looks at how the Nunavut Legislative Assembly engage with its population of mostly Inuit’s. This is more interesting when we compare how other Canadian provinces’ legislate public engagement with first nation communities.

The aim of the research is to see how the incorporation of traditions within the institutional framework influence the engagement of the indigenous population.
