Profile

I am a PhD candidate at the School of Law, University of Leeds. My research focuses on financial regulation, law and economics, and the governance of financial technologies. I hold an LLM from the University of Southern California and undergraduate degrees in Law and Economics from East China University of Political Science and Law.

Research interests

My research focuses on financial regulation, corporate governance, and investor protection in the context of financial technology innovation. Drawing on law and economics and comparative legal analysis, I examine the regulatory challenges of automated financial advice, with particular attention to the UK and China.
