Profile
I studied Law with Business Studies at Canterbury Christ Church University and proceeded to University of Kent to study for a Masters Degree in International Commercial Law. Thereafter, I studied for Masters Degree in International Financial Law at the University of Hertfordshire. I am currently PhD in Law candidate at the University of Leeds, a Russell Group University in the UK.
I have worked in different industries in the UK. I have worked in high street law firms in London in the past. I have also worked in the Criminal Prosecution Department of the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General’s Office in Ghana. Recently, I have worked as one of the pioneering legal experts on the LexisNexis AI LLM project intended to revolutionise the global legal industry to improve effectiveness and efficiency in legal work and scholarship. I am currently, a Module Assistant at the University of Leeds, teaching Constitutional and Administrative Law. I am a memeber of The Society of Legal Scholars and also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Research interests
My doctoral research is about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental Protection. I am interested in finding out the role that business organisations play in environmental protection this research falls under Corporate Governance. The research is sociolegal in nature. It encompasses doctrinal and empirical research approaches. I have research interests in the following subject areas:
- Corporate Governance.
- Constitutional and Administrative law.
- International Commercial law.
- Law and Develoment.
- Foreign Investment Law; particularly the impact of FDIs in developing countries.
- International law; with particular interest in self-determination, colonialism and neo-colonialism, and the impact of the principle of Uti possidetis in the post-colonial era in Africa and South America.
