Claudia Paduano

Profile

I am an accomplished academic specialising in Corporate Law, with extensive experience in both teaching and research within the field. My current research, centred on the legal and economic boundaries of corporate group structures, has garnered attention from interdisciplinary and international scholars for its innovative use of doctrinal and theoretical methodologies. This work contributes to rethinking core concepts in corporate law, which also have an intersection with sustainability.
I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, research-led teaching across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules, including Company Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Finance, and Financial and Banking Law.
