Profile

I joined the School of Law as a Student Success Tutor in December 2022 after completing my LLM in International Business Law with the University of Leeds. I have acted as an academic personal tutor, dissertation supervisor and am a member of the the Student Success Committee and CIRCLE. I was promoted to Student Success Fellow in October 2025 as recognition of my contributions to the school. I teach various undergraduate modules and support students with academic skills development in our masterclass programme. I have obtained my AFHEA and will soon obtain my AFHEA through completion of the PGCAP.

Research interests

My primary research area of interest is legal education, looking at the hidden curriculum and threshold concepts. This forms part of my research on the PGCAP and as a member of the Student Success Committee. I am also interested in business law, with a particular focus on relational contract business relationships. My LLM dissertation focused on whether relational contract law developments were beneficial for business relationshps titled, ‘Implying Good Faith into Relational Contracts: A Necessity or a Mistake?’
