I am a Lecturer in Property Law, before which I was a Teaching Fellow in Business Law. Within the School, I have held roles such as LL.B programme leader and Academic Assessment Lead.

Research interests
My research spans across land law, trusts and tort law. It often compares the law across different jurisdictions. My recent research has covered matters such as:
- The law governing contracts for the use of land
- Land registration
- Conflicts of interest in the commercial property market
- Claims for the possession of land
- Equalities issues in property law
- The relationship between property law and insolvency law
I provided updates for the most recent edition of Property Law (11th ed, Pearson 2024) by Roger Smith, and authored the first update to this edition in 2025.
