Research interests
My research focuses on company law, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility (CSR). It seeks to examine the linkages between multinational corporations, CSR and corporate law liability for environmental damage in Africa. It interrogates attempts to facilitate internalization of socio-economic and environmental externalities through corporate regulation across Africa, appraising the extent to which directors and corporate managers may legitimately promote sustainable business activities for corporate stakeholders.
