Norah Aldashash

Profile

I am a Saudi lecturer at Prince Sattam University and have decided to further my academic journey by studying a new subject in Saudi Arabia. My goal is to contribute to developing copyright law in my country. Previously, I obtained an LLB and an LLM from the School of Law and Political Science at King Saud University, Riyadh.

Research interests

My research aims to explore the capacity of the Saudi legal system to address the challenges that artificial intelligence presents to copyright law, using Islamic law as a primary analytical framework. By targeting this gap, the study will help lay the groundwork for Saudi Arabia to develop a model that reflects its distinct cultural and Islamic identity.
