How to apply
The Grandall Excellence Scholarship aims to support home or international students to fulfil their academic potential in the area of business and commercial law. The scholarship is sponsored by Grandall Law Firm, a leading law firm in China which specialises in commercial law. Grandall has over 680 global partners and offices in 36 cities across the globe, including Beijing, Hong Kong, Madrid, Paris and New York.
This scholarship covers 100% of tuition fees only and does not cover other costs, such as travel, accommodation or living expenses.
Full eligibility criteria
To be considered for this scholarship you must:

have applied for 2025/26 entry for a Masters programme included in the eligible courses section

be a self-funding student and not be in receipt of any other funding covering tuition costs

demonstrate an excellent track record and be predicted to achieve, or have achieved, a Bachelor degree with a 2:1 (hons) or equivalent

show excellent professional and personal skills evidenced through work experience and/or extracurricular activities

demonstrate the potential to contribute to the social and cultural diversity of our Masters programmes and student community

consent to your Masters and scholarship application documents being shared with Grandall, who will work with the School of Law to select the successful applicants.

Apply by completing the online form. Please note that you will require your University of Leeds Application ID to proceed.
Application outcome
You will receive an email with the outcome of your application by April 2025. You will need to respond to say whether or not you wish to accept the scholarship within 15 working days of the offer being made.
