Supporting Students in the development of their employability and transferrable skills, I am responsible for sourcing and developing relationships with key employers and placement providers to gain opportunities for our students.

• Manage and develop work experience, voluntary and placement opportunites
• Promote, create and deliver employability events and workshops
• Contribute to the School and Faculty employability strategy
• Create and facilitate relevant information sessions
• Contribute to the induction process
• Offer 1-2-1 advice, information and guidance
• Visit placement providers to promote the benefits of offering support to our students
• Work in tandem with the Careers Centre

Responsibilities

• Lead contact for matters in regards to employability and placements
• Working with external employers, students and the careers team to provide support and guidance
