Research interests

My research focuses on the scholarship of teaching and learning, inclusive education, disability studies, and equity, particularly in higher education contexts. I use sociocultural and critical theories to understand the experiences of students and educators and to design equitable educational experiences. I also have interests in how inclusive education and equity intersect with disciplines and contexts such as STEM, arts, learning spaces, and academia. My research often uses approaches including methodologies, design based research, visual representations, and interaction and discourse analysis. My research is often , interdisciplinary, and international.
