Profile
I am a part-time PhD student researching disability inclusion in Higher Education, with a focus on Art and Design specialist institutions.
I am also an Educational Developer at University of the Arts London, where I teach on PgCert Academic Practice and co-lead the institutional Profressional Recognition Programme. I am a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (SFHEA), Senior Accredited Member of the National Association of Disability Practitioners (SAMNADP), and a Fellow of the Staff and Educational Development Association (FSEDA).
Prior to my current role, I worked in UAL's Disability Service for 10 years, where I coordinated staff development sessions and resources, alongside a busy student caseload and line management of the Disability Advice team.
