A word from our Head of School Team:

As the Head of School team, we were very proud to receive the Mentorship award. This reflects the work we have been doing as a School to cultivate a working environment where colleagues feel supported in their career development. Supporting colleagues to thrive and progress is one of the most rewarding parts of our roles in the leadership team, and we are hugely grateful to our colleagues for the generous nominations and ongoing support. The Partnership Awards are a valuable opportunity for staff and students to recognise the contributions of others and our promotion of the awards during the nomination period was part of our strategy to build community by giving everyone a chance to acknowledge and celebrate the amazing work that is being done in the School. The School of the Year award is testimony to the generous and supportive environment that everyone is working hard to create.
