The state of the art of realist methodologies: a pre-conference event for PhD students and Early Career Academics

This event will provide PhD students and Early Career Researchers with the chance to present their realist work to a receptive audience

The event will provide a supportive space for those working on realist projects to present and gain feedback on their work (whether in progress or complete). The event will also provide a chance for networking prior to the state of the art of realist methodologies conference.

A £15 fee will be charged per person for a 2 course meal and wine. 

Both oral and poster presentations are invited. Oral presentations will be 20 minutes in total; 15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes for questions.

PhD students and ECR are encouraged to submit abstracts (350 words) to RealistMethods@leeds.ac.uk with the subject heading clearly marked ‘PHD/ECR ABSTRACT’ by 1 July 2015. Applicants will be informed whether they have been successful for oral or poster presentation on 14 August 2015.
