I provide administrative support for the School Operations Manager. My role involves:

  • Raising all school SIPRs (Purchasing/invoices) and Science Warehouse orders
  • Advising staff re travel and accommodation via Key Travel
  • Setting up/facilitating and assisting with Minutes at school meetings
  • Health and Safety-member of the School Health and Safety commitee
  • Assisting with the coordination of building repairs and maintenance of School office space and liaise with Estates and contractors
  • Booking/setting up school rooms for meetings and arranging hospitality/catering orders
  • Ordering door fobs for staff and PGT students 
  • Liaising with faculty with regards to e-expenses and Travel and subsistence forms and also day to day finance matters
  • Recording and facilitating PGR expenses 
  • Overseeing Myprint orders/repairs
  • Recording and facilitating school staff Professional Development Fund
