After a few years of experience including working as a fashion designer, staying in the US and working in Malaysia, I decided to go back to school. Consequently, I earned a MA in Area Studies after studying in Yonsei University in South Korea.
What motivated me to undertake PhD study?
While work experience and living in other countries were valuable, I became to be interested in knowledge production and I wanted to have an opportunity for it.
What are my plans once I have completed my PhD?
I would like to have a job enabling me to continue in research.
