Funding your studies

Scholarships

Title Summary
Head of School UK Excellence Scholarship Two scholarships available to UK students starting a full-time Masters degree in the School of Sociology and Social Policy.
Leeds Masters Scholarships A number of scholarships available to UK students at the University of Leeds who meet the criteria.
Postgraduate loan A loan of up to £12,167 is available to postgraduate students.
The Professor Fiona Williams Progression Scholarship Two full-fee scholarships available to home University of Leeds students progressing to a masters in the School of Sociology and Social Policy.

International

Title Summary
Sanctuary Scholarship A number of scholarships for forced migrants to the UK, available for undergraduate, postgraduate or research degrees.
School of Sociology and Social Policy International Excellence Scholarships These competitive scholarships are awarded to international candidates who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement. There are limited scholarships available.
