Profile

My role is to deputise for the Student Education Service Manager across the School of Politics and International Studies, and the School of Sociology and Social Policy. Some of my main responsibilities include:

• Acting as a point of contact for academic colleagues and supporting Directors of Student Education with implementing operational processes relating to taught student education;
• Providing support with HR and staff wellbeing, training and development activities within the wider team;
• Providing support with workload management and cross-cover of activities within the wider team;
• Having oversight of the Programme Support functional area and providing line management for the Programme Support Team.
