Offer Holder Events 2023 - Education
Offer holder events in the School of Education
The next step to your degree at Leeds.
Congratulations on your offer
We're delighted to offer you a place to study with us. We’re here to help you decide whether Leeds is right for you.
To help you find out more about your course and the University we will be hosting a number of on-campus offer holder events. These events are designed to give you the chance to visit the University, meet our academics and other students and get a taste of life as a Leeds student.
Offer holder events for our courses in the School of Education have taken place for this academic year.
What to expect at your offer holder event
Alongside the day’s subject specific activities, there will be an opportunity to take part in other events across the University such as student-led tours, talks and an information fair where you can find out more about accommodation, finance and alternative entry.
- Drop in to our information fair between 11.00 and 15.30 in the Parkinson Building to speak to representatives from accommodation, finance and alternative admissions
- Take a self-guided tour of the Brotherton library between 11.00 and 15.30
- Take student-led tours of Leeds University Union and The Edge Sports Centre, departing on the hour from 11.00 until 15.00
As part of your visit, you have the option to attend an accommodation talk. These talks are running throughout the day in the Great Hall (number 57 on our campus map) at the following times: 11.00, 12.00, 13.30 and 14.30.
Attendance at an accommodation talk is by pre-booking only. Please note, you’ll need to book your place on this talk, in addition to your offer holder event booking.
We suggest you book your offer holder event first using the link above then come back to book your place at an accommodation talk. Once you’ve booked your place at an accommodation talk, you’ll receive an email confirming your booking. Please keep this handy as you may be asked to show it when you arrive at the talk.
Can’t attend on campus? Don’t worry, you can watch a recording of the accommodation talk instead.
You can also find out more about accommodation at Leeds by speaking to staff at the Information Fair in Parkinson Building (number 60 on our campus map). Drop in from 11:00 – 15:30 on the day of your event.
